The BOM for the PS6 has leaked and the current total cost is about a thousand dollars. That’s before assembly, packaging, shipping, marketing, and the rising cost of components over the next 18 months before its rumored release.
🤔 Contemplating my backlog.
Sony announced they’re discontinuing physical games, and Microsoft is making similar moves with their physical-to-digital program in its testing phase. For the first time since I got into gaming, I’m really not looking forward to its future.

PSA: Switch 2 goes up $50 in September due to “market conditions.” 🙄 If you want to grab one for $450 instead of $500, now is the time to start thinkin’ about it!
If you’re old-school like me, and like your media in a physical format, Switch 2 is the best modern console on the market, game key cards notwithstanding.

I am currently enjoying Indiana Jones and the Great Circle on my Switch 2. The game runs fantastic, it’s all on the game card, and being 100% portable is, mwah! 🤌🏻 chef’s kiss.

I'm currently playing it on Luna. It runs fairly well, but definitely has some stutters. But it's free with a Prime account, so 🤷

I’ve only ever played (and beat) the first two Assassin’s Creed games. I remember the first one needing a LOT of work, and the second one fixing the vast majority of issues people had with the first one—and it’s widely regarded as one of the two best games in the series. The other is Black Flag, and I think it’s about time I gave that one a go. And what better way than with a remake? Looking forward to this release!

The whole Ezio Trilogy is great. Might have been the last time I was really interested in the story. They remastered them at one point. Highly recommend.
