Hey Angie! The gov. went on a smear campaign against b17 and said it contained arsenic and made a big deal about someone in the 70s dieing from eating too many apricot seeds....

So what would be the most natural way to get b17 is it raw almonds or do you need to grind up apricot seeds and watch the dosage?

Apricot have the highest, they are very bitter 😂 apricot power grind it a sells the white powerder never tried that yet
